New product R&D: New Product R&D Center, integrating basic, application-oriented and industrialized research and adhering to proprietary intellectual property rights, sets overall goal of "building on existing fields, targeting at strategic emerging industries, leading high-end precision, high-speed and special ball bearing technology upgrade".In recent years, the Center has researched and developed technologies in limit design, super-speed and super-long service life, thus challenging traditional bearing technology and achieving a series of significant research findings. At present, the Center has developed more than 50 new bearing products independently every year. The Center promotes and applies new technology, new material and new process vigorously, and introduces and applies advanced equipment vigorously. Moreover, it independently develops, designs and manufactures ball bearing-dedicated equipment, laying solid foundation and support for superior quality of products. Thanks to the above efforts, the Center has developed complete R&D means integrating detection, testing, analysis and research, offering reliable testing, analytical and technical data for development and research of products.
